NATHAN YIP FOUNDATION
etre founded The Nathan Yip Foundation in 2003 and was recently voted as one of Forbes Magazine’s greatest 50 heroes in Asia. With projects in China, Africa, Mexico and the USA, The Nathan Yip Foundation has made a significant impact in helping the underprivileged children throughout the world.

COLORADO COLFAX MARATHON
etre was part of the team that created one of the USA’s great marathons, The Colfax Marathon. Now considered by Runner’s World as one of the top races. etre specializes in creative strategies to help revitalize communities. In the case of The Colfax Marathon, etre helped collaborate with 3 cities to help commercialize one of the US’s longest streets, Colfax Avenue. Colfax was once the gateway to the West but over the years fell into terrible economic conditions. Today, Colfax Avenue to thriving with new businesses and living communities.

Denver Film Society
The DFS organizes annual festivals such as Film on the Rocks, a cinema/concert series held throughout the summer at Red Rocks Amphitheater. Which leads up to November’s flagship event: the Denver Film Festival, an eleven-day roster of international screenings, red-carpet premieres and awards ceremonies. etre helps to bring those festivals and programming to the community through various business development efforts.

SCFD
Since 1989, Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) has distributed funds from a 1/10 of 1% sales and use tax to cultural facilities throughout the seven-county Denver, Colorado metropolitan area. The funds support cultural facilities whose primary purpose is to enlighten and entertain the public through the production, presentation, exhibition, advancement and preservation of art, music, theatre, dance, zoology, botany, natural history and cultural history. etre was part of the original board for the Tier 3 organizations. etre helped bring this programing to other cities including Pittsburgh.

Winter Park Ski Resort Trust
etre has been involved with The Winter Park Ski Trust since its inception. etre helps The City of Denver monitor and distribute funding from a partnership with Intrawest. With over $2MIL per year in funding, etre helps identify and select projects within The City of Denver's Parks and Recreational requests. etre has helped with over $24MIL in parks and recreation.

University of Denver Burns Real Estate School
The Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management was founded in 1938 as the Building Industry and Real Estate BIRE Program. etre has been critical in spearheading thought provoking and credential building requirements for the real estate industry. As hosts of the Colorado EXPO, sponsored by The University of Denver, etre brought great leadership into the Denver markets. In addition, etre helps build on going strategic planning sessions for critical issues facing the current industry.

1989, 1999 and 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships
etre has helped bring the World Championships to Vail Colorado in 1989, 1999 and 2015. etre was part of the hospitality organization that worked with all nations while on US ground.
